As in most folk art, my drawings should be read as allegories, or riddles, that refer to the world we live in. Like, if I may say so, thinking in the presence of the object.
Then there is activism, which artistic expression can never replace.
Then there is care, appreciating beautiful and good things and the presence of others, if possible.

Come nella maggior parte dell’arte popolare, i miei disegni devono essere letti come allegorie, o enigmi, che si riferiscono al mondo in cui viviamo.
Come, se posso permettermi, un pensare in presenza dell’oggetto.
Poi c’è l’attivismo, che il gesto artistico non potrà mai sostituire.
Poi c’è la cura, l’apprezzare se possibile le belle e buone cose.
